1. This competition is operated by Towers & Sanders Ltd.
2. These Terms and Conditions set out the legal rules applicable to this free prize draw. Participants shall be bound by these rules upon entering the prize draw and are advised to read and understand these terms.
3. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To take the free entry option please send your full name, contact number and full address to Towers & sanders Ltd, Unit 1 Bellingham Trading Estate, Franthorne Way, SE6 3BX - marked "Free Prize Draw". Postal entries must be received by the closing date. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
4. The closing date for entries is 28th of each Month  at 5pm
5. Customers may apply for more than one game but will only receive one allocation per calendar year. Any further applications following allocation of tickets will be disqualified.
6. The Free Prize Draw shall be made up of one draw: 1st prize - 1 adult free entry to the Emirates Football stadium on a match day, Seating will be in the prestigious Club Level seats. This will include complementary drinks at half time.
7. Participants must be aged 18 or over and be UK residents at the time of entering the draw.
8. Entry is not open to employees of Towers & Sanders Ltd, its subsidiaries, agents, affiliates or relatives of the same.
9. Only one entry is permitted per household.
10. The winner will be notified by post, email or phone within 14 days after the draw takes place.
11. The winner authorises Towers & Sanders Ltd to publish their name when announcing the winner of the prize draw without prior permission or financial compensation or the attribution of rights other than the prize awarded, and those rights protected by current data protection legislation. Furthermore the winner may be required to participate in ongoing PR activity.
12. Towers & Sanders Ltd may use the winner's name, home town, photographs or opinions in future publicity or promotional material, and entrants agree to such usage by participating in the competition.
13. The offer is for 1 match ticket only. No additional costs will be covered.
14. Towers & Sanders Ltd reserves the right to cancel, extend the period of participation or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions of this prize draw. Towers & Sanders Ltd cannot be held responsible if, in any case of force majeure (circumstances beyond our control), this competition should be modified, shortened or cancelled.
15. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
