Every tower is certified to the latest BSI Kitemark and BS EN 1004 (Class 3) safety standard, and conforms to the requirements of the 3T (Through the Trapdoor) erection and dismantling method. Manufactured from high-grade aluminium with a 50.8 mm tube and a 1.8 mm wall thickness, our towers are designed for superior strength and longevity, with a maximum certified load of 950 kg, including self-weight. With that in mind, every tower comes with a 5-year guarantee and lifetime support, before, during and after purchase.
Each anti-slip, 30 mm thick platform is made from high-grade wood and plywood and has a safe working load of 275 kg per platform level. The damage-resistant, ribbed claws ensure a firm grip on the ribbed rungs, providing added reassurance with a windlock and safety clip. The platform features a unique profile that protects the edge from damage, extending its lifespan, even in the most demanding applications. The trapdoor is self-closing and has a windlock latch. Assembling any of our 10m Scaffold Towers is easy, thanks to our heavy-duty spigots with floating technology, which makes self-alignment a breeze, and a grooved pattern that prevents airlocks.
The 150mm dual-locking castors, certified to a maximum load of 925kg, and 500mm adjustable legs make it safer to level the tower on uneven ground.
