  Absolutely fantastic ladders, wonderful customer service.   Great company to deal with, the Tower we had was required for some intricate painting work outside at window height and was so easy to erect, sturdy and ideal, unfortunately in a fortnight the tower is going to be highjacked by my grand children who want a super climbing frame in the garden. Three reasons are the product, in this case a Triple 9 rung Ladder, is good quality and design, it is made in England and my experience has been that the customer service is excellent.   I wanted a small scaffold tower for maintaining my home more safely than climbing and stretching off a ladder. I found the Lewis Miniscaff Folding Tower on line, but then called a sales agent to check it was what I needed, and I had ordered all the right parts. The sales agent was really very friendly and helpful. The unit was delivered to my home and the driver explained what each part was off the order form.
About a week after the delivery Mohan called from Lewis Access to check I had everything and was pleased with my purchase. He helped with answers to a couple of questions.
